Soft Fried Buns

Deliciously soft fried buns filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, lightly fry the chicken ham.
  5. Shape the dough into buns and fry in oil until golden brown.
  6. Assemble by placing turkey bacon and chicken ham in the buns, then spread with butter.
