Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree and eggs, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture until combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are firm.
  8. Let cool while you prepare the frosting.
  9. For the frosting, mix the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
