Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set.
  8. Let cool completely before frosting.
  9. For the frosting, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
