Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper with the beef.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and stir until well mixed.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
