  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for crumble)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (for crumble)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (for crumble)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. For the crumble, mix brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with batter and sprinkle crumble on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter muffin, add more sugar to the batter.
  • Frozen blueberries can be used instead of fresh.
