- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (for crumble)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (for crumble)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (for crumble)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently fold in the blueberries.
- For the crumble, mix brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Fill each muffin cup with batter and sprinkle crumble on top.
