  • 4 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, onion, celery, parsley, garlic powder, sage, black pepper, and turkey bacon.
  4. Mix well and form into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
