  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
