  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente and drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then return the turkey bacon to the skillet.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
