To Die For Blueberry Muffins: Irresistibly Soft & Sweet

Deliciously soft and sweet blueberry muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra moist muffins, do not overmix the batter.
  • Feel free to substitute half of the blueberries with raspberries for a mixed berry flavor.
