Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup speculoos spread
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in a small ladle of batter, swirling to coat the pan.
  4. Cook until golden on both sides, then remove and let cool.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes on a plate.
  6. Spread speculoos on each crêpe, layering them on top of each other.
  7. Top with whipped cream and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
