  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (vegan)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
