Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Top with feta cheese and serve immediately.
