Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. In a separate small bowl, prepare the streusel by mixing cold butter, rolled oats, chopped nuts, and a bit of flour until crumbly.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, top with streusel, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
