  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter to form a crumble.
  3. Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract, salt, and cornstarch; mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crumble layer.
  7. Top with blueberries and sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
