Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked gnocchi with shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheeses.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
