- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a noodle, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
