Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a noodle, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
