  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Take one lasagna noodle and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture over it. Roll it up tightly and place it in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
