  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and add garlic and onion powder. Stir well.
  3. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until combined.
  5. Mix in the cooked rotini and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
