- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add garlic and onion powder. Stir well.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until combined.
