  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  3. Saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then place the salmon fillets in the skillet.
