  • 1 pound steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to desired doneness.
  3. While the steak is cooking, mix sour cream and sriracha to create the spicy cream sauce.
  4. Once the steak is cooked, slice it thinly.
  5. Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice in a bowl, topping it with sliced steak and drizzling with spicy cream sauce. Garnish with green onions.
