  • 2 cups corn
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and corn.
  3. Add mayonnaise, feta cheese, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, and salt to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
