  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumble mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the peach mixture over the crumble layer.
  6. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
