Roasted Strawberry Whipped Ricotta Toast

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place strawberries on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whip the ricotta cheese until smooth.
  4. Spread the whipped ricotta on toasted bread.
  5. Top with roasted strawberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
