  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Fold in the softened butter until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
